[ CAPACITY ]: 200000pcs for each month

[ SUSTAINABILITY ]: Recycled PVB ,which can be found in the windshield of abandoned cars, it can be collected under the recycled process. It is estimated that each abandoned car can yield approximately 2.6 kg of PVB. RPVB is eco-friendly and harmless to human by reducing carbon footprint while increasing the material health of products. It does not include toxic chemicals like Dimethylformamide (DMF) and Dimethylfumarate (DMFu).

Material introduce

Recycled PVB leather is made by using waste laminated PVB from glass recycling plants. First, non-PVB materials (metals, wood, or glass) are separated using recycling facilities. The PVB film is then cleaned, extruded and filtered, down to small pieces to remove any contaminants. Once turning into recycled PVB pellets and coating resins, it can be used to create new finished products.
